Cool Kids Book Club from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm - Do you love reading? Join us!  This month the Cool Kids will be discussing Sideway Stories from Wayside School by Louis Sachar.  Stop by our Children's Information Desk to pick up a copy of this book today.  For 2nd -  5th graders.

 

Thursday, June 5, 2014 – Kiwanis Special Event

Jansen School – The weekly Rosemead Kiwanis luncheon meeting will be moved to Jansen Elementary School, 8628 Marshall St, Rosemead, CA. This will facilitate honoring of the Club for its support of the Leader in Me program.  Food will be (optional) Subway sandwiches (for which RKC members will be charged via the Club) plus punch at dessert supplied by the school at the close of the program.

 

Thursday, June 5, 2014 – Builder’s Club Special Evennt

End of the Year Banquet – The Muscatel Builders Club will be holding its annual end of the year banquet at DiPilla’s Restaurant,  9013 Valley Blvd from 3:30-5:30 PM. Adult Storytime from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm  - Have you ever wanted someone to read to YOU? Here's your chance to get out of the heat, sit back, relax and just listen!  Refreshments will be served.  Each time you attend, you will be entered into a final drawing for a gift certificate.  So, the more "Listen Up" events you attend, the greater chance you have of winning! You must be 18 years or older to participate in the drawing.
